KCMG Driver Development Project (KCMG-DDP) member Pablo Sarrazin is set to take on the mighty Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium this weekend, as French F4 returns at the iconic racetrack for Round 4 following a two-month break.

After showing good pace in the #4 Mygale M21-F4 at the 2022 season opener in Nogaro, Sarrazin claimed his first points with two top-10 finishes at the second round in Pau. As the series moves to Spa, the French driver is hoping to build on his performances from earlier this year and aim for another strong points haul this weekend.

Taking on the daring layout for the first time, Sarrazin is eager to experience the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in his debut season of single-seater racing. Awaiting the 16-year-old is a 7.004-kilometre high-speed dash through the Ardennes Forest, with some of motorsport’s most famous corners such as Eau Rouge and Blanchimont ready to provide the ultimate challenge.

Round 4 of the French F4 Championship is supporting this weekend’s TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa. KCMG will compete in the famous enduro for the fourth time, racing in the #47 Porsche 911 GT3 R.

PABLO SARRAZIN

I’m very excited to be racing at Spa-Francorchamps, it’s an amazing circuit with a unique history, and I can’t wait to get out on-track and experience it in an F4 car. I’ve been doing a lot of preparation for this round with the FFSA Academy and spending a lot of time in the simulator so I can be ready after being out of the car for so long. I’m ready to go racing on this incredible track and I’ll be aiming for a strong result this weekend.”

EDO LIBERATI KCMG-DDP DRIVER COACH

“Experiencing Spa for the first time is a special moment for every driver, and it’s a memory that they never forget. I will help Pablo as much as possible to make sure he gets the most out of his first time on the circuit, and also to gain confidence quickly and find his rhythm. He’s been preparing himself very well since his last race at Magny-Cours, so we’ll be focusing on having a good weekend.”

PAUL IP KCMG FOUNDER

“It’s a really big weekend ahead for KCMG. Racing at Spa is always very special, but to have Pablo competing in French F4 as well as the team in the TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa is very exciting. Pablo has been putting in a lot of work to ensure he is ready for this round, and he’s looking forward to taking on the incredible Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Together with the help and feedback from Edo in-between sessions, I’m confident that he can achieve a solid result and gain a lot of experience during his first time at this amazing racetrack.”
