KCMG EXCITED FOR FORMULA 4 CUP WEEKEND AT 2022 FIA MOTORSPORT GAMES

2019 FIA Motorsport Games, Vallelunga, Italy.

KC Motorgroup Ltd. (KCMG) is ready for the return of the Formula 4 Cup in this weekend’s FIA Motorsport Games at Circuit Paul Ricard, as 24 drivers take to the track to represent their country and compete for victory.

KCMG continues as the manufacturer for this year’s edition of the F4 Cup with the revolutionary KC MG-01, marking the model’s second appearance after its successful debut in the 2019 FIA Motorsport Games at Vallelunga.

The grid will feature two Formula 4 champions, with Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Junior Team member Andrea Kimi Antonelli representing 2019 F4 Cup winners Italy following his success in the ADAC German F4 and Italian F4 Championships, while Pedro Clerot competes for Brazil, having secured the title in his home country earlier in the year.

The sons of three ex-F1 drivers take to the grid this year, with Charlie Wurz, Pablo Sarrazin and Alister Yoong representing Austria, France and Malaysia respectively.

Drivers will compete throughout the weekend for gold, silver, and bronze medals, as well as a prize of €10,000 for the winner, which will be provided by KCMG to help them move forward in their motorsport career and continue their development as a racing driver.

A 25-minute qualifying session will determine the grid on Saturday 29 October, before the qualifying race gets underway later that evening. The Formula 4 Cup concludes with a 30-minute race on Sunday 30 October.
