There will be three Pinnacle Motorsport cars on the grid when the 2025 Formula 4 Middle East Championship gets underway this weekend. The Motorsport Ireland-licensed team confirms Wang Yuzhe, Kyuho Lee, and Yuta Suzuki for its lineup at the Yas Marina Circuit.
Wang Yuzhe returns to Pinnacle Motorsport after a successful season in the Formula Trophy UAE with the team. The Chinese driver finished 5th on his F4 Chinese Championship debut season last year before racing in the three-round series in the Middle East. Wang will headline the team’s entry as he competes in all five events of F4 Middle East.
Kyuho Lee, on the other hand, was recently crowned as the FIA OKN World Cup Champion—earning him an invite to the FIA Prize Giving Ceremony in Rwanda. This will be the South Korean’s first outing in single-seaters, entering the double-header at Yas Marina.
Much like Lee, Yuta Suzuki from Japan races karts in Europe and has started his transition into formula cars with limited single-seater outings in his native country. He completes the team’s entry list for the first two events of 2025.
The 2025 season of F4 Middle East will visit three FIA Grade 1 circuits. It gets underway with two rounds at Yas Marina Circuit in January, before moving to the Dubai Autodrome for Round 3 and back to Yas Marina for Round 4. The highlight of the year is the Jeddah Corniche Circuit—home of the Saudi Arabian GP—which fittingly serves as the season finale on the 25th of February. Each event comprises of three races for a total of 30 races over a seven-week period.
