KC Motorgroup Ltd. (KCMG) is poised for another action-packed weekend as the second event of the All-Japan Formula 3 Championship takes place at Twin Ring Motegi on May 10-11.

Following a mixed outing at Suzuka last month, Shohei Yuzawa heads to Motegi’s 4.8km circuit to tackle Rounds 3–5 of the Japanese series in his Toyota-powered Dallara F308. After stringent preparations ahead of the second event, the Japanese driver is keen to wrap up the weekend on top of the timesheets in the National class.

Two ten-minute qualifying sessions for Rounds 3 and 4 get underway on Friday. The first two rounds of the weekend will each see a 14-lap race, while a 20-lap affair is set for Round 5 on Sunday.

Shohei Yuzawa, KCMG All-Japan Formula 3 Driver: “I’m excited to get back in car and have the opportunity to score championship points for the team this weekend. The entire team has been working tirelessly to provide me with a car that will help me secure wins in the series, and I will do my best to deliver on expectations at Motegi.”

Ryuji Doi, KCMG Japan General Manager: “We head to Motegi this week aiming for success. We had an encouraging start at Suzuka last month, and I’m confident that all the efforts the team has put into developing the car will translate into victory this weekend.”
