Show off your creativity and start designing!
KCMG’s Paul Ip would like to invite you to submit a unique design, which he will use for his helmet for the final round of the 2014 Porsche Carrera Cup Japan. The competition is open to all creative people who have a knack for design and passion for motorsport.
OVERVIEW:
CONTEST DATES: The competition begins at 8:00AM HKT on August 8, 2013 and ends midnight of August 22, 2014 (“Entry Period”).
Design Content Guidelines:
Entrants are required to submit two designs:
1. Open-design
2. Themed-design in which entrant can chose between the two subjects as inspiration for their helmet artwork:
– KCMG History
– Asian theme
Your submission should be no wider than 3000 pixels, no larger than 10MB and in JPEG format.

Submission of an Entry grants KCMG the right to use, publish, adapt, assign, edit and/or modify such Entry and the concepts embodied therein in any way, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide, without limitation or compensation to the Entrant who may be required to sign a release to that effect. Submission of an Entry further gives the Entrant’s consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to KCMG any and all rights, title and interest in and to the Entry and the concepts embodied therein. Such rights, title and interest shall include, but are not limited to, all intellectual property, sales and licensing rights. Entries become the sole property of KCMG and will not be returned or acknowledged.
JUDGING CRITERIA: After August 22, 2014, Paul Ip will personally score each eligible Entrant’s submission based on the following Judging Criteria:
A. Effective use of available space – (30% of total score)
B. Originality of idea for design and execution – (40% of total score)
C. Quality of design – (30% of total score)
PRIZE: One (1) Winner will receive a prize of $500USD
The winner will be announced after 3 days (August 25, 2014) throughout KCMG’s social media channels.
The winning design will become Paul Ip’s personal helmet colors, which he will wear in the final round of Porsche Carrera Cup Japan in Suzuka.
