KC Motorgroup Ltd. (KCMG) is keen to make headway in All-Japan Formula 3 Championship’s forthcoming event, as the team returns to Okayama International Circuit for Rounds 10 – 11 of the highly contested racing series in Japan.

Jersey born driver Struan Moore is eyeing to secure better positions on the grid for this weekend’s races and to cap off JF3’s Okayama outing with significant championship points scored. As the Hong Kong-based team tackles the second half of the Japanese series’ 2015 season, Moore considers this as an opportunity to deliver strong results and elevate his position in the drivers overall standings.

Struan Moore: “I’m eager to get going this weekend at Okayama, we’ve made progress at every round and amazingly we are not far from the end of the season. Now I feel more than comfortable and have built confidence from Fuji to be able to fight for the top 6 this weekend. Tomorrow looks as though it could be wet and I haven’t driven the car in fully wet conditions this year so thankfully we can learn tomorrow in testing and push this weekend. I’m very proud of what the team achieved at Le Mans and it gives me drive to maximise this weekend and achieve more goals set by the team.”

Ryuji Doi, KCMG Head of Motorsport: “We’ve been through challenging rounds this season but the team continues to stay focused and has been working hard to provide Struan with a car that he can race competently in. We are looking forward to that first podium and hopefully, Okayama will be the place where we can get this job done.”
